Does Morning Sickness And Back Pain Mean She Is Pregnant?

My girlfriend is 24 and had her tubes tied at 20 but she recently has been having morning sickness and back pains and feeling like she may be pregnant. Just last week she had some heavy bleeding that turned out to be a blood clot that passed. Is there any way possible she can be with child.

Pregnancy is unlikely but not impossible. I think a more likely cause would be a hormonal imbalance and would recommend a visit to your doctor. But ruling out pregnancy while at your doctors may be wise.
