Hi and welcome to HCM

It is always safe to travel by train if it is available and if car is inevitable then its better to chose best possible road way during pregnancy.

If you have abdominal pain, bleeding form vagina, decreased fetal movements then you have to worry. Its better to consult your doctor and get yourself examined for any internal injuries, but be careful next time and try avoid long distance travel in pregnancy.

Regards
