Hello ;
welcome to HealthcareMagic
Millets are rich in B vitamins, especially niacin, B6 and folic acid, calcium, iron, potassium, magnesium, and zinc.So if you eat millet it is fine but as for the benefits for the skin there is no direct effect on skin but since it is rich in vitamins and minerals it will help you.
Thanks
