Meth doesn t cause herpes per se, but if you are infected, you might have more frequent outbreaks because of the stress the meth puts on your body. But, whiteheads are not the same as herpes cold sores. Those are groups of blisters on a red base that occurs in a localized area, usually in the same place each time. People who use meth regularly can get other problems with lesions on their face, and often pick at them and this can cause all sorts of damage. I think what you have, sounds more like acne and is related to the meth. Meth can also cause severe damage to your teeth where you could end up having to have dentures in a few years.
