Does Menstrual Bleeding Cease Upon Intake Of Medroxyprogesterone?

I m taking medroxyprogesterone 10 mg. but it is suppose to stop bleeding from uterus but I on blood thinners and I had my period for 6 months and didn t have it since 2010 and all of the sudden it started about 6 months ago and no stopped ,I had a bioautopsy done came back okay so will this bleeding will stop by taking this medicine ,I got heavy bleeding and alot of pain ,will I stop by taking this medicine.???

I really appreciate your concern, if I would a doctor of this case then I would advise to stop both the medicine of hormone and blood thinner till bleeding controls or stops hope this information helps.
