Hello and welcome to HCM

A flutter of the heart is due to a sudden change (mostly increase in heart rate ) of the heart rate .So even though deep meditation has a calming effect and can reduce the heart rate but it is mostly a gradual effect and never sudden .Meditation done in the right manner should not give you a fluttering heart .

You should go for a cardiac evaluation like a complete blood counts, an ECG , Lipid profile , Blood sugar fasting and post prandial and a Thyroid function test , an ECHO .Sometime s a holter ECg may also be needed .

Hope this helps , take care .
