Does Medication For Abdominal TB Cause Elevation In SGPT Levels?
My sgpt is 16.7 after 2 weeks it becomes 122 , im taking rifampicin/pyrazinamide/ethambutol/isoniazid because i was diagnose of abdominal tuberculosis. Thus it because of the medicine im taking my sgpt elevated? Wat vitamins should i take to lower my sgpt?

I have gone through your complaints.drugs you are using for abdominal tuberculosis like isoniazid,rifampicin causes drug induced hepatitis and thus elevation of liver enzymes like SGPT.please consult physician immediately.its important to jnow about the status of your liver and then to decide whether to change medications based on what causing it.
