Does Masturbation Lead To Side Effects?

Hi ! I used to masterbate from last five years using hand as well as using bra and panty.due to tightly binding my penis with bra my penis have problem. Along with it sometime I used to masterbate just lying down on bed on my stomach side and rubbing my penis with the bed.it has tilted also So what should I do because I have to get married and my age is 22 years now

Masturbation as such is not harmful. But when there is an element of fetishism is involved it may be normal and abnormal. it is normal when it involves just sexual excitement. But it is abnormal if it causes significant psychosocial distress. Now moving to the next part of the question aggressively pressing hard a against a firm surface with the erect penis might cause the fracture of penis(rupture of tunica albuginea) and this might lead to permanent disfigurement. So if any event happend in the past it is advisable that your visit your doctor once and if there is no abnormality that will be reconfirmed and that will ensure your peace of mind.
