Does masturbation cause premature ejaculation ?

hi,i am 18 years boy,i masturbate 2-3 times in a week oftenly,how much it will affect my health,will it cause premature ejaculation ,if yes then how to get rid of it,im doing it since when i was of 12 years,in begining i had done it daily,then i heard in some magazines that it is harmful.Plz help me.

Thanks for query,
Masturbation habit is common among your age group.It does not affect your health.
There is no protocol that this much time you can go for masturbation in a week is OK or this much time is bad.
Whenever you have desire you should go for it.
Sex is in our mind.If you have more frequency of it you should divert your mind.
Busy your self in activity or job.
Do meditation your Yoga.
Remember that excess is always poison.control your sex thoughts.
