I am uncircumsized, and have noticed recently having chafing or small cuts under the head of my penis or just below the head of my penis, also some very small bumps on top or on the head of the penis, that look like a small rash but not red or too noticable, also noticed some dry spots just below the head of my penis where the head and the shaft connect, and a horizontal cut that is kind of long looks like a split on the shaft just below the head of my penis and looks like it may run in the same place as a vein--not sure, also some red or chafed spots on the base of my head , I was wondering if these are signs of some std, or could it be I just masturbate too much, I do masturbate once a day sometimes 2 x a day, I am also taking Lisinopril HCTZ 10/12.5 mg for high blood pressure and have some dry skin on certain spots of my body, because I am not circumsized I wonder if perhaps due to after I pee some moisture or wetness still may remain under my skin against my tender area of my head of penis, if that my be causing the small rash looking spots. All in all I really want to know 2 things could this possibly be a STD, and with these issues would these symptoms and ongoing probs be considered by doctors for a potential patient to have a circumcision done at my age of 40 and would most insurances cover this if referred by doctor due to ongoing problems?
