Hi Doctor,



Just I'm wondering about the real damages of masturbating...



Cause I hear alot of common rumors about this, and I so confused about this...



is it reduce proteins levels so I can't build muscles..

is it reduce testosterone levels.. and make me weaker !

is it has a negative effect on my sight...

is it causes join pains and peripheral joint arthritis (with working out as a bodybuilder)... !??



Please help me doctor...

Masturbation is completely normal activity to relieve sexual urges. It does not have any adverse physical or mental health consequences. Reduced protein level, low testosterone level, diminished sight or getting arthritis associated with masturbation habit is all myths. There is no scientifically proven adverse health consequences associated with masturbation habit.
