Does Mastrubation Cause Problems In Groin Area?

Hi Doctor, i felt some pain when i do my flexibility stretch around my left groin area, i suspect myself having hernia injury. Besides that, i have the habit to masterburate in the night time. Will masterburate causes any implications to my groin area?

sometimes masturbation can cause this when done vigorously because of stretching of muscles. it is not hernia for sure. so masturbate gently. you can use hot water bag to massage it will relieve your problem. so don't worry. hope my answer is helpful and thankful to you. take care and have a healthy and happy life. take care
