me nd my girlfriend are planning to get married nd we are having same blood group i.e. B+ nd i have heard that couples having same blood group faces problem during pregnancy is it true.. pls teel me .. i dont wanna lose my girlfriend.. i am very worried pls clear my doubt...

Nothing to worry.people having same blood group can get married without any complications.
Only when you are B+ and your girlfriend is B-,then baby(for second baby) may have some problems.We call it as Rh negative pregnancy.
So no need to worry unless both are Rh +.
