Does lumpy discharge along with redness and itching of the vagina indicate thrush ?

I have a burning sensation every now and again just on outer part of vagina, slightly itchy but not all the time. Lumpy discharge also, very red down below any ideas

Itchy lesions in and around vagina do indicate a fungal infection.You need to take oral antifungal drugs as this infection is notorious for recurrence.Meanwhile you can apply topical ketoconazole lotion or cream for immediate relief.
