Does Lump Behind Ear Indicate Swollen Lymph Node?

Hello, I am 25 years old. I have a hard immovable lump behind my left ear equalling to the size of a golf ball. I have extreme short term memory loss and tingling of the nose, feet, and hands at times, also migraines that no medicine seems to work on. I m very irritable, and very short tempered. Some blacking out and light headed as well. Does this sound like a tumor or could it just be like a swollen lymph node?

Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern. You may have some enlarged lymphnode or may have some tumour pathology. Your migrain and headache is not related to your lump mostly. You should go for fine needle aspiration cytology or biopsy to search the cause whether it is lymphnode or some benign or malignant tumor. Then you should take treatment accordingly.
Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.
