Does Low Hemoglobin Cause Increased Heart Beat And Pain In Left Hand?

Hi For the last one month my wife was feeling pain in left hand and also she was feeling increased heart beating rarely not normally and her body weight is 52 kg ,she visited doctor after examined her , the doctor advised her to do blood test and also go through the process of E.C.G ,afetr getting the both report it is concluded that Hb was below the normal range and slight variation was observed in E.C.G report ,after viewing the report the doctor told that it could be due to the low Hb level so she advised by doctor to take Folic acid tablet .Osnate DTablet and Multi Vitamin Syrup for 2 months .My question is that this low level of Hb caused increased heart beat and pain in lef hand or some other cause rised this problem . Please advise
