Does Low WBC And Triglycerides Count In Blood Cause Delayed Menstruation?

My daughter is 14 years old (124 lbs & 5'6") and hasn't had her period for 5 months. She was seen by a pediatric GYN and had blood tests ran. Her white blood cell count was low (2.9), her hormones and thyroid tests came back normal. Additionally, they said her triglycerides were low. They want to run another CBC and another Cholesterol test. She'll be returning to the Pediatric GYN for a visit next week. Is this cause for concern? Can I stop freaking out?

You didnt mention when her menstrual period started. If the period has started within 1 year its usual to have irregular cycles in the beginning. With the given reports it very difficult to comment. If hormones, thyroid and triglyceride are normal there not much to worry. Lets see the repeat report. I dont think there is any thing to be hugely worried about.
