Does losing weight gain crack and loosen my skin ? What is the best way to lose fat ? name is ehsan and im a 17 yrs old male and 178cm 90 kg now and i want to reduce my weight to 75 kg in 2 months with running,light body building and a good diet . Now i want to know that if i lose this 15 kilos will my skin gain cracks  and be loose ? Btw what do you suggest for the best way for losing fat ? Thank you

wht ur doing is best way means exercise and diet control are best .
dont try to reduce so fast
stretch mark will be there
apply good moisturizer cream three times a day
eat in small meal for many time than taking 2-3 large meal

best way to loose fat is by following a nutritious balanced diet with all kinds of seasonal fruits and vegetables esp green veg.
proteins with less fat -lean protein that helps take care of your deficiences like your concern of skin like soyabean will be appropriate.
plenty of fluid intake to flush toxins out.
you shouldnot loose weight fast otherwise it will come back soon.
slow and gradual fat loss withuot efffecting other organs is what you should aim at.
