Does Lifting Heavy Objects Cause Abdominal Pain?

Good morning we just moved in to our new place and I did lifting, pulling and pushing most of our things but now I am having an abdominal pain I went to see a chemist for med. Chemist gave me a clomixil but I still have the pain. Does lifting heavy things has to do with my abdominal pain? Thank you.

Hello thank you for writing us here.
It could be muscular as you did lots of work. Also possible reason could be change in environment or you might have taken contaminated food or water.
If its associated with loose stools or fever, most likely it is infection and you have to go for a 5 day course of antibiotics.
Rest you'll be fine in few days so no worries alright?

Best regards,
Dr Gunjan
