hi, I am not sure if i am pregnant, i had intercourse with my boy friend on 8th of jan but he did not ejaculate inside me, i missed my period which was due on 25th jan,, first i thought it could be due to stress and unhealthy diet through out the month, so i have taken norethisterone for 3 days and expecting periods today but there is no sign of it,, but i feel breast tenderness as well as i have white mucus discharges at times,, I have bought the pregnancy test kits and will do the test tomorrow morning,, now i am worried that if the result comes as possitive,, i would like to consult regarding abortion pills. Please help

Hello,
Please confirm pregnancy by performing the home pregnancy test with a fresh early morning sample of urine. If if it is positive and if you do not wish to retain your pregnancy, please see a specialist for a proper clinical evaluation. Get a trans-vaginal sonogram to locate the gestation sac and the age of the pregnancy, get blood counts and urinalysis. Under medical surveillance, you can undergo medical abortion until 9 weeks of pregnancy. The process usually takes 2-3 days. A follow up sonogram and a clinical review are done to ensure completion of the process. Hope this helps.
