Does Intake Of Sulfasalazine Help In Treating Antiphospholipid Syndrome?

I have slight APS and rhumatoid arthritis. I take 2000mg of Sulphasalazine daily. I have been taking this for 4 months When I tried to conceive last time I wasn t yet on Sulphasalazine but my doctor advised me to take low dose aspirin due to slight APS and previous miscarriage. Successful pregnancy. If I try to conceive again should the Sulphasalazine be sufficient in addressing the slight APS as I understand it contains the main ingredient in Aspirin. Thank you in advance.
