Does Intake Of Lexapro Lead To Weight Gain?

What is the best to wean of lexapro? I take 10mg day and have been on and off for last 6 years. Every time is go on I notice a significant amount of weight gain. I am a avid runner. If I cut down to 5 msg will this help with the weight loss? Thank you

I really appreciate your concern, if you are taking medicine for reducing the weight then it is advisable to practice exercise, cut down the calorie in diet, low the stress, have proper sleep, hope this information helps, take care.
