Does Intake Of I Pill Cause Irregular Periods?

hi.i had sex on the 2nd of this month and used the withdrawal method.i was not sure it worked so i took the pill on 4th.on 7th the same month i had another encounter and i noticed white discharge around my vagina.i was not sure whose it was so the followind day i took the pill.my periods were due last week but they have not come yet.i took a pregnanacy test yesterday and it was in negative,so what could be the problem. am in kenya and am not sure if payment is required

Understand your concern
Yes I pill can cause temporary disruption of menstrual cycle. As i Pill contain high progesterone and you took twice so high chance of hormonal dysfunction.
It cause prolong the luteal phase of cycle and lead to delay in the period.
Wait for period to come. If period will delay by 12-14 days then you should go for pregnancy confirmation by HPT or and USG scan.
White discharge may be due to vaginal infections like candidiasis and bacterial vaginosis. It should be diagnosed by swab test. Take single dose treatment like azithromycin + tinidazole + flucanazole. Maintain pelvic hygiene, wash vagina with warm salted water 2-3 time per day.
