Does Intake Of Biotin Cause Heavy And Painful Periods?

I am 50 and had cryoblation 5 years ago and haven t had a period since. Not sure where I am in menopause. I m thinking of taking biotin and want to make sure there is no chance of I will start getting my period again. Dumb question but my daughter said it caused heavy painful periods.
