Does Hypoechoic Lesion In The Posterior Wall Harm Pregnancy?

I am a nine weeks pregnant lady of 34 years age. USG revealed that I am having a hypoechoic lesion in the posterior wall of the uterous in its lower part of dimesion 15 mm. Would it cause any harm to my pregnancy and embryo growth ? Can it affect my normal delivery ?
