Does Hydrosalphinx During Early Pregnancy Affect The Fetus?

I was diagnosed with a left sided hydrosalphinx and was scheduled for a laparoscopy in one month to repair or remove the tube. I found out yesterday that I m two weeks pregnant :)) I m worried now that the hydrosalphinx could affect the embryo. Is there anything I could/should do to ensure a healthy pregnancy Thank you

It should not affect pregnancy since baby will be in uterus and hydrosalpinx is widening of fallopian tube due to water in it. So it doesn't interfere significantly with fetus development but pregnancy should be closely monitored to detect any difficulties on time.
