hi i just want to know my mother tlc is 3 lakhs so it blood cancer and if its not is it curable

Increase in tlc to such a high level indicates cancer. She needs detailed investigations too determine type of cancer she has and also to determine the extent of spread. So please consult a oncologist and discuss with him about the further management.
