Hi. It looks there is itching in perianal , scrotal and around areas. Hemorrhoids can cause itching due to leakage of mucoid material or local infection for which You have to take antibiotics and anti- itching medicines like cetirizine. Itching in other parts can be due to sweat/ dermatitis/ small wounds one inflicts on excessive scratching etc. You can apply locally liquid povidone iodine to kill the bacterial infection. Clean with soap water and dry the area with cotton cloths , Keep the area well aerated- use loose undergarments and pants. Lice can be seen - if present do an anti-lice treatment with OTC anti-lice products.
