Hello,
Thank you for your query.
Your symptoms are not specific to
pregnancy but may occur if you are pregnant.
Would you please clarify a few things for me?
-are these
headaches to one side or overall?
-any
nausea,
vomiting, altered bowel movements?
-the stomach cramps? - upper abdomen or lower? Is it like that occurs during a period?
I recommend ;
- a home pregnancy test (unlikely to be positive but check to be sure)
- a physician consult
- blood tests (
complete blood count, TSH, liver function tests ). Hormone levels if necessary after clinical examination)
-a CT of the brain to rule out any structural causes for the pain
-a vision test
Based on these, we could initiate a treatment plan.
Sudden headaches that don't go away on its own or on medications need to be fully evaluated for the cause treated accordingly.
Stay well hydrated. Hope this helps.
Please let me know if there is anything else I can help you with.
Wish you good health
