Hello
You are playing a very dangerous game .
Although kissing and sucking of breast don't causes any HIV infection , even if partner is infected .
But playing with vagina is very dangerous because cervical and vaginal secretions are most infected and contagious ( if girl is HIV infected ) so due to any minor error or contact with bruised hands or cut in fingers ( hand ) may get an infection from infected person.
In my opinion this is not a good conduct ( behaviour ) and stop this practice at once .
However , this is your own decision to continue or stop this practice but being a doctor I advise you stop this.
Good luck.
