Does Having PCOS Or Hypothyroidism Affect Chances Of Healthy Pregnancy?

M Akshaya (28yrs) from Kerala. It since 4 months after marriage. I'm intaking tablets for PCOS and hypoythytoid for past one year (Riomet 500mg & Eltroxin 75mg) My periods are regular but sometimes i could see a delay in cycle (5-7days delay ). I just want to know whether will this pcos and thyroid may cause riskin baby formation.... is seacod is good to have daily to maintain thyroxine imbalance and refuce pcos.... Plz advise

Hello and thank you for asking on HCM!
I have gone carefully through your concern.
During the pregnancy the dose of levothyroxine should be monitored closely, every 4 weeks, and the doses adjusted properly.
If the TSH level is maintained within the normal ranges, there is no risk for the pregnancy outcome and the baby formation.
PCOS may be a cause of infertility but once you are pregnant, it does not affect the outcome.
