you can get conceived but be under regular followup. you need to take anti-d injections twice during pregnancy and your baby may have jaundice after birth. But dont worry if followed up properly by your gynecoloist and pediatrician , you will definetly get a healthy baby

Hello;
welcome to HealthcareMagic
Normally there is no problem in getting if you are a negative and your husband is positive from any group.The problem comes after delivery like if the mother is negative and the blood group of baby is negative in first delivery then it can lead to Rh at the time of second delivery.So nowadays as a rule all the negative mothers who have Rh positive blood group are given Anti-D injection so that they do not suffer Rh incompatibility.So if you had aborted one baby and if that baby was Rh positive and if you have not taken Anti-D injection at that time then you can suffer from Rh incompatibility.Please consult a Gynaecologist and discuss the issue and get treated.
Thanks
