Does Gram Positive Cocci Means Gonorrhea In Urinalysis?

Good day! Last July 17th, my gram stain says that I had a gram positive cocci (i think it's singles) and had a 0.3+ protein in urinalysis. My friend doctor told me that it was an early gonorrhea stage and injected me some antibiotics. After a week, I was tested again and everything is fine. No cocci and had protein traces only. By the way my last exposure was July 10th and I had wear condom. Although, I am OK now, I'm still confused whether it is really a gonorrhea? Does a gram positive cocci means gonorrhea? But prior to my sexual activity, I was experiencing like having a UTI because of the gym supplement I was taking (creatine) so I decided to stop taking it. Before my gram stain, I didn't experience any discharge or something but just a weird feeling when urinating. Please help me doctor/s. I really want to be enlighten.. whether a gram positive cocci means gonorrhea?

no, gonorrohea never be gram positive. it is always a gram negative also not in singlets. it is always in the pairs. preferebly they are located inside the white blood cells. so whole of smear in microscopy looks like the red colored. though your feeling of awkward feeling in urine and other looks similar to gonorrhea. again discharge is absent which is the characteristic feeling of the gonorrhea. but as you have taken the injectables your infection is cured so do not worry just enjoy.
