Does Frequent Masturbation Cause Thick Semen?

Hello, i am 22 and i have recently noticed that after i masturbate several times a day my semen will start to become thick and what i would describe as gel-like but will go back to normal and non-gel-like after a nights rest. Could masturbating several times a day cause the semen to look like a gel or have a gelatin form?
