Q : I am R.Raja 26yrs old from Madurai . At presently I am in gulf country. I have some clarification regarding sex life. I am getting liquid before the speam come at very time while I am doing. Some time i am getting pain for the place of where we go motion. I will do self sex daily, there will be any problem in future while I am having sex with my wife. And also for baby forming there will be any problem. After 10 Months I am having marriage. Kindly replay me.

The liquid which comes from penis before ejaculation is a kind of secretion from glands of genital tract. It is a natural and common phenomenon which helps to lubricate the organ for smooth and enjoyable sex. It happens with all, hence no need to worry. It is very much required during sex with partner.

Masturbation (Self sex) is considered a safe way of satisfying sexual need and it is very common. Almost all person do it. It does not produces any weakness if practiced within limitation. You can lead a normal sexual life after marriage and can have children as well. transient pain at anus may be due to contraction of perineal muscles during orgasm and it goes of on its own soon. So, nothing to worry much.
