Does Fish Oil Supplements Cause Bad Odor To Urine?
I have been taking fish oil supplements and have noticed a fishy smell in my urine. I went to the doctor twice and was treated as if I had some type of infection. After two rounds of antibiotics, I still have this odor. Can it be the fish oil tablets or something else. I also take other supplements vitamin D, Biotin, Calcium and magnesium.

Dear- thanks for using our service, the fish odor in the urine is from the fish oil supplement.You can hold it for one week and check if still with this urine's smell. If still like that, you should have an urine culture and sensitivity .Vitamins supplements can give changes in the color of the urine and smell.You should drink plenty of water to keep your body and urine hydrated because concentrated urine can have smell too.
