Hi,

Fish oil helps to reduce triglyceride levels and a little cholesterol levels. Usually pregnant women are not in high cardiovascular risk unless there is confirmed coronary artery disease.
I thing your complaints are not connected with cardiac problems. I would advise you to check serum electrolytes and discuss with your doctor whether 1400 mg fish oil is not too much for pregnant women.

Hope I could help you

Wishing you good health
