Does Fish Oil Cause Prostate Cancer?

I was wondering if there was any conclusion on the fish oil/ omega 3 studies causing prostate cancer? I have suffered with brain fog, visual snow and anxiety for the last few years and have read that omega 3s can help, but I am Skeptical with that prostate cancer study from 2011/12. What are your thoughts? Also, any other cures for brain fog? I am also skeptical to take anxiety medications. Thank you.

I really appreciate your concern, it seems that you must be having some functional elements and you need to come out of this condition, Omega 3 is least concern as long as the malignancy is concern it can not stop the malignancy or can not cure this, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
