Hello

Welcome in H.C.M.

In reference to your query for treatment of extra bone in nose creating problem in ear and you had been advice for surgery.

You had not clearly mentiond the diagnois but I am suspecting that most likely your had diagnosed you as having deviated nasal septum which time to time causes sore throat and eustachian tube dysfunction. This eustachian tube dysfunction menifest as ear problem and vertigo as well.

If you are really having Deviated nasal septum that septoplasty is the only curative treatment.

Regards.
