Dear service user, Thank you for contacting Healthcaremagic. I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Masturbation (shagging) in private or with a partner is generally considered a normal and healthy part of sexual enjoyment. Masturbation does not cause impotency. The right testis is little lower then left one. It’s normal. Masturbation has no relationship to semen consistency or sperm count. Consistency of semen depends upon factors like period of sexual abstinence, age and intensity of sexual stimulation. Color, consistency and quantity have nothing to do with virility or sexual satisfaction of an individual. Neither do they have any relation to the partner's satisfaction. If your scrotal pain persists and causes difficulty in your routine, kindly meet your doctor. Warm regards.
HI Well come to HCM I really appreciate your concern, actually shagging (Coitus, intercourse) may not cause any testicle swelling, or paining unless it is infection and could be due to coitus, and this need to be ruled out, and no need to worry about this, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day
