Welcome to HealthcareMagic.
You probably have erectile dysfunction.I advise you to visit your Physician or Andrologist and get evaluated for the same.
I guess you should reduce your frequency of masturbation and be ease on yourself.
Take care

welcome to healthcaremagic
there is no disadvantage of masturbation
only disadvantage when you start feeling guilty about it
the practice is normal and healthy .nothing to worry about it
it will not affect your married life
better you have regular exercises and healthy balanced diet
engage yourself in activities to brighten your future do hard work /outdoor games so that you enjoy and the masturbation automatically reduced in frequency
