Does Everyone Suffer With Morning Sickness When Pregnant?

Okay, I had sex without using condom, the guy who I lay it with know s that he got me pregnant I haven t been on my period last month but my belly is showing that I am pregnant but again I have t been getting morning sickness I only threw up once that was it but I m always getting tired and sleep alot now and days I haven t seen a doctor or even went to the hospital yet.
