Does Eggs Cause Heat In The Body?
Hi Doctor,These days i am working out in gym, so i started having 2-3 white eggs daily.Does it cause extra heat in body, if yes how to control it..?Other concern - with eggs i take protinex drink also, sometimes i start farting by the evening which is really weird and i desperately want to stop it.

Taking egg in diet is good but it should be taken into limit because this could cause ingestion very quickly along with the protein contained on the counter product could easily form the flatulence, and this may be the cause of flatus, take care.
