Hi, Ecosprin or Aspirin is a blood thinner. It usually has no effect on gums as long as the gums are healthy. If the gums are injured or bleeding already due to gingivitis, Ecosprin may worsen the bleeding. So please get a complete oral examination done and contact a doctor immediately if you notice any bleeding in the mouth.
