will duphaston tablets harm my baby? I have cramping and sometime mild bleeding at night.so my doctor prescripe me this medicine.he advise me to take this medicine for one month.one tablet a day.but I m so nervous as this is my first pregnancy.and i m in my 6 week..plz help
