Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Distended bladder can be due to bladder outlet obstruction which can be due to posterior urethral valve, urethral atresia or cloacal atresia. Some conditions are treatable by surgery after birth, while others are not.
I would suggest you to consult a fetal medicine specialist so that proper counselling can be done.
Get delivery done at a centre with paediatric urologist.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
