Hi!
I read carefully your query.

Diltiazem is a member of the class of drugs known as calcium channel blockers, used in the treatment of hypertension, angina pectoris, and some types of arrhythmia so it can be helpful to slow down your heart rate.

Lisinopril is a drug of the angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitor class used primarily in treatment of hypertension, congestive heart failure, and heart attacks, and also in preventing renal and retinal complications of diabetes.

As you can see Diltiazem and Lisinopril are members of two different classes of drugs and they have nothing to do with each other.
So you don't need to worry for your allergic reaction to Lisinopril when you are taking Diltiazem, they are two different drugs.

Hope it answers to your inquiry.
Take care.
