Does Consumption Of Heroin Cause Pimple And Acne?

Hi, I was just wondering if Heroin causes pimples or acne. I know someone who s been doing it for sometime, but now she has a lot of zits and I don t know why. Is it the heroin or some other illegal drug? I think she might be on meth too, but I m not 100% sure.

People on heroin have bad skin. It clears up on suboxone. I have no idea why and this is not in the textbooks. I suspect it is 1) illegal activity and drugs change oil secretion (hot weather certainly also does). 2) they don't eat right and 3) they dont' wash.
