Does Concerta Interact With Methamphetamine Leading To False Drug Result?

my question has to do a drug interactions what drug can produce a false positive in a lab test while taking 54 milligrams of concerta so what drugs interacting with 54 milligrams of concerta can result in a positive test a positive lab test results for methamphetamine.

Concerta’s generic equivalent is called methylphenidate. It is chemically related to other amphetamines and will likley cross react with it certainly in the simple dip stick urine test and quite possibly even with better testing.
