hi i had a bad throat about 5 weeks ago cough and nearlly lots my voice no runny nose .. My cough is about gone but i now have a slight cold but i feel so tired i can hardly bring my self to get out bed . Im dizzy and of my food . i feel horrible .. Im going threw the menopause last period was year half ago and still have hot sweats . Is this also why im so tired im a bit low in mood too .

Coming to your concern, generalised weakness, loss of appetite, tiredness, joint pain are few symptoms which persists for several days after an episode of respiratory infection or flu or viral infection. Whereas tiredness, dizziness,mood swings,hot flush are also common after menopause.Taking proper rest, eating healthy food, keeping the body well hydrated will help to overcome the phase.
